    Steve Burns
The icon is a dustmite, from Songs for Dustmites, by Steve Burns (BLUES CLUES!!)...sounds like Flaming Lips stuff, and Steve sings about science and love. Anyways.

Tonight I saw Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna....soooo good. SO LONG. as in, like close to 4 hours, with an INTERMISSION. totally hot. and shahrukh khan was amazing, minus the horrible tattoo idea they thought he should have. It's horrible!!! this gothic "victory" tattoo on his forearm, baah horrible. like in my favorite favorite movie (kal ho naa ho! shahrukh was in that too!) there was another BAD disco/dance club/techno song, but ohhhhh it was good. "Where is the Party Tonight? (On the Dancefloor!)" featured (like in Kal ho naa ho!) the cute girl priety zinta dancing all...shockingly. But it's a lot like the movie "Closer," which makes me sad.

in conclusion, i had a wonderful date with shahrukh khan tonight. and shahrukh > brad pitt.

And augusten burroughs is funny, but he's not david sedaris :-(

    And chocolate
""Connecting through talking activates the pleasure centers in a girl's brain. We're not talking about a small amount of pleasure. This is huge. It's a major dopamine and oxytocin rush, which is the biggest, fattest neurological reward you can get outside of an orgasm.""

Today I bought a dino cookie cutter. there seems to be NO holidays where I can use such an item, therefore, everyday could be a dino day.

    Rant Rant Rant
This morning I rediscovered the magic that is “The Price is Right,” and people, life is that much better.

And Rosie, this one's for you: Lick up the toothpaste I accidentally spill on the floor and then throw it up, thus causing the whole house to smell like cavity-protected, minty fresh dog puke. And don't even ask me why I spilled toothpaste on the floor.

Yesterday I saw some idiot flossing on the road. Your gingivitis can wait.

Woo. Time to watch "The Notebook" (I strongly believe I am the last person in the universe to not have seen it... Erika and I have decided to be mushy girls who cry, I'll let you all know how that goes). And we'll eat chocolate. AND speaking of universes, I saw some of that Miss Universe pageant? Who came up with that name?! Idiots.

oh and colette is a genius.

in reference to meringue (hah the dance is with an e), i still dont know what a double boiler is, and i'm quite positive stiff peaks in that egg and sugar mess is a myth.

    i have shamed martha stewart.

tomorrow is another day (i've only met one person -ever- named rhett, and one person -ever- named scarlett), and quite possibly it is an eggplant day. that is all.
